ARCHITECT
Practice description:
Achieving excellence in tailored design solutions, MUSK Architecture Studio is a progressive, and design confident practice with architectural projects across a range of scales and types including education, residential and commercial.
Our main studio is located in Australia’s first 5-star Green Star office complex, in Docklands with a warm and friendly collaborative work environment, supported by regional studio’s in Castlemaine and Phillip Island. The practice has embraced a mix of office and working from home components.
Job Description:
A full-time ongoing position for a talented Architect who enjoys the wide-ranging opportunities, team approach and camaraderie offered in a smaller scale practice.
With responsibility across all project phases, the position involves creating and progressing designs through feasibility, concept, development, documentation and administration phases.
The practice scale provides experience across a variety of project scales, collaborating with a director either independently or in a team.
The ideal candidate will have a solid technical, analytical, documented, communicated and team orientated approach to
- Work collaboratively with project stakeholders to deliver the brief
- Pursue great design outcomes with a passion
- Confidently procure, produce, execute, coordinate, and present work
- Navigate regulatory, authority and planning codes with ease and familiarity
- Enjoy creating and sharing knowledge and developing professionally
Immediate start with salary commensurate with experience.
Experience Needed:
10+ years of experience (5+ years local), registration preferred, although not essential
Program Knowledge:
AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite and MS Office applications. Revit not essential.
